24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the price for all services reserved.

Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our phone call is just a courtesy. It is your responsibility to keep your appointment.

In the event that the 24 hour cancellation fee is required, we will call you to request payment. Once your fee has been paid, we will happily reschedule your service.
